Control your dreams.Control your reality.

Lucid dreaming, manifestation and the power of the mind. Stephan’s notes from more than ten years of practice.

Reality check: read the pink line, look away, then read it again. In a dream, the words change.

Lucid dreaming in a nutshell. You fall asleep. Your body rests, but your mind keeps working. You start to dream. Dreams feel real, so you usually go along with them. Something doesn’t add up. The clock changes every time you look at it. You realize you’re dreaming. You’re still asleep, but now you’re aware of it. Now you can steer the dream. Fly, change the scene, or face what scares you. That’s lucid dreaming. Knowing you’re dreaming while you’re still in the dream.
